Any punter who wants to get behind the counter at Healy’s pub can do so on a lease for between €120 to €140 per week.
However, if a person wants to purchase it outright it can be bought for approximately €180,000.
According to Killian Lynch, auctioneer, this fully licensed premises which also has the benefits of overhead living accommodation is for sale or lease as a going concern.
He said the pub has great potential for further expansion and it is situated on 0.5 acres.
The pub is located just 10 minutes from Kilcorney village and about 10 minutes from both Banteer and Nadd villages. “This premises has a large catchment region,” said Mr Lynch.
