Catherine will cook up a storm in Newmarket
DUHALLOW foodies are in for a treat as famed chef Catherine Fulvio will host a cookery demonstration for Newmarket Motors’ customers at a charity event next month.
Catherine, who is regarded as one of Ireland’s most talented chefs, runs Ballyknocken House and Cookery School in County Wicklow. She is married to Sicilian, Claudio, and they have two children, Charlotte and Rowan.
When not at home teaching her classes, she travels the country giving cookery demonstrations and is frequently on TV. She is also the brand ambassador for Volkswagen.
On Wednesday, October 4 there will be a drinks reception at 7pm at Newmarket Motors along with nibbles before the 90 minute demonstration by Catherine which will be projected onto screens in the showroom and the full recipes will be provided. There will also be a question and answer session at the end of the cookery demonstration.
The proceeds of the charity night will go to the Hope Foundation, which helps children in severe deprivation in Calcutta.
