This ceremony will be performed by Michael Creed, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
This state of the art extension contains two new science rooms, a Home Economics room and a link corridor.
This project began in late December 2016 and was completed in August, and the management and staff are delighted with this new facility.

DUHALLOW Choral Society are delighted to be invited to Chicago in March 2018 representing Duhallow and Ireland.
This will be a major honour for the choir to sing in Chicago and take the spirit of Duhallow to the USA.
To help to offset some of the cost of the trip the choral group will be undertaking some fundraising events over the next few months. The choir are hoping the people from Kanturk and the Duhallow region will support them with their fundraisers as this is only the second time in 21years that they will be fundraising for themselves.
The choir has been doing a lot of charity concerts for a lot of different causes over the years so they are hoping for a little help towards this great event. They will be telling you about their events when they have a programme compiled.
In the meantime, the choir will be singing at Christmas concerts all around Duhallow this year so they have a busy time ahead.
