It’s the Year of the Rat and Dublin marks this with a programme that includes talks, visual arts, performance, film, music and many family friendly events. The Fruit and Vegetable market will be temporarily reopened and serve as as a hub for a Spring Festival Fair and celebrations over the opening weekend. The Inner Mongolia National Art Theatre close the festival bringing ethnic dance, music and instrument performances, as well as highly skilled acrobatics and Peking Opera to
