The Irish Mail on Sunday - TV Week - - SEVEN DAYS -

Poor Carol’s life is a long succession of disasters and disappointments, and this week is no different. After the news of baby Jack’s injury reverberates through Carrigstown, Louie blames Carol for the fact that everyone things they’re responsible.

On Tuesday, as she begins to feel the strain, Carol lashes out in a drunken outburst at Paul and Vivienne. But Louie isn’t feeling the love and fails to defend Carol. She attacks Louie on Wednesday for his lack of support, but is left stunned by his response.

Charlie’s grandson TJ is back in town this week, and causing trouble. Arriving to stay with Charlie and Esther on Tuesday, TJ soon proves to be a handful. On Wednesday, Charlie is already despairing of his delinquent ways. And, on Thursday, as Charlie and Esther’s big day approaches, TJ is adamant that he’s not going to attend the wedding, but will not reveal why. It’s left to Cass to give his theory about TJ’S behaviour.

There’s some shocking news for the Brennans on Thursday, when Deegan tells them the truth about what happened to baby Jack. But just who in Carrigstown will suffer the consequences?
