I can’t help feeling that if Lisa had gone to the hairdresser’s once in a whi le, things might not have deteriorated between her and husband Zak. Heck, even a comb through her locks on Christmas Day would have been a start.
On Monday, it looks as if it’s the end for the pair, when Zak announces that he is going to Ireland sooner rather than later. Not to worry. If he’s flying with Ryanair he’ll soon realise that he was much better off staying put.
On Tuesday he finally comes to his senses and tells Lisa that he cannot live without her (unlike the local hairdresser), and relations thaw between the couple as she agrees to try to save their marriage.
It’s a bit of a week of romantic declarations, when on Thursday Cameron tells Chas that he cannot live without her. Her response to his outburst is to propose to Dan – which is a tad rash, given that they’ve been dating only a week. But Dan is heartbroken later when Chas admits that she doesn’t really love him. You don’t say. If she hasn’t taken you down the cellar for a quickie, it’s not love, mate, trust me.
