MAKE A BATCH OF BROWNIE CAKE POPS

Cut 8 brown­ies or a chunk of Christ­mas cake into 3cm cubes. Melt 300g plain choco­late. Dip cake pop sticks into the choco­late, then push the sticks into the cakes. Chill for 2 mins, then dip the cakes in and leave to set on a bak­ing tray lined with bak­ing parch­ment.
