MAKE A CHERMOULA STEAK SAUCE
Mix the zest of 1 lemon and 2tsp each toasted cumin and coriander seeds with 1 deseeded, finely chopped red chilli. Add 2 cloves crushed garlic and a handful each finely chopped coriander and mint. Add 100ml olive oil and 25g pine nuts and whiz in a food processor. Pour over 2-4 cooked steaks.
