WHISK UP WHISKEY OR­ANGES

Peel and slice 4 or­anges into a dish and pour over 2tbsp whiskey. Heat 350g caster sugar un­til melted; turn up the heat and cook un­til golden brown. Pour over the or­anges and serve with whiskeyflavoured cream.
