MIX A COF­FEE LIQUEUR

Dis­solve 2tbsp golden caster sugar in 300ml cof­fee. Whip 4tbsp chilled dou­ble cream with 2tbsp cof­fee liqueur. Pour cof­fee into 6 shot glasses, top with cream and ground cin­na­mon.
