TUCK INTO A TUNA POCKET

Drain 1 x 200g tin of tuna in spring­wa­ter then mash with some may­on­naise and the grated zest of half a lemon. Open 2 warm pitta breads; stuff with shred­ded let­tuce, a lit­tle chopped red onion, the tuna and a few chopped olives. Serves 2.
