MAKE PESTO TOR­TILLA CHIPS

Cut a pack of flour tor­tillas into tri­an­gles; brush lightly with a lit­tle basil pesto. Bake at 180°C/fan 160°C/ gas 4 for 4 min­utes un­til crisp and golden.
