Boil 50g soba noo­dles for 3-4 min­utes un­til ten­der. Drain and cool. Mean­while, mix 2tbsp soy sauce, a lit­tle chopped chilli and grated gin­ger to­gether and driz­zle over. Add 100g cooked prawns and 2 chopped spring onions. Sprin­kle with toasted sesame seeds. Serves 2.
