Get the kids excited about cooking with a pancake-making session at the weekend Whisk 150g (5½oz) flour, 1½tsp baking powder and ¼tsp salt in a bowl. Add 240ml (9fl oz) skimmed milk, 1 large beaten egg, and 25g (1oz) melted butter and stir. Heat a non-stick griddle or pan and grease with butter. Pour on about 60ml (2fl oz) of batter and drop in some blueberries, if you like. Cook until the bottom is golden brown and the top has bubbles. Flip and cook until the second side is golden. Serve with your favourite toppings.
