TRY A TASTY CHORIZO SNACK
Fry 1 chopped onion and 100g chopped chorizo in 1tbsp olive oil for 2-3 mins. Add a 400g tin tomatoes, 1 clove crushed garlic, and 1 tin chickpeas. Add 2tbsp ketchup and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Bring to boil. Serves 2 with crusty bread.
