Melt 50g but­ter in a pan with 3tbsp light mus­co­v­ado sugar; stir. Add 4tbsp dou­ble cream. Melt 100g plain choco­late in a pan with 2tbsp golden syrup. Com­bine and pour over hot waf­fles.
