The Irish Mail on Sunday - TV Week - - BODY & SOUL -

Mix 200ml milk with 200g por­ridge oats and 100ml ap­ple juice. Add 3tbsp nat­u­ral yo­ghurt, 2tbsp honey and the juice of half a lemon. Slice 2 ap­ples; mix through. Driz­zle with honey. Serves 2.
