Purée the flesh of 1 av­o­cado with the juice of half a lime and sea­son­ing. Spread over 4 slices of thick, crusty, toasted bread and top with 100g fresh crab­meat. Gar­nish with hot chilli and tomato salsa and wa­ter­cress. Serves 4.
