Cook with HONEY CHERRY GRA­NOLA

2tbsp veg­etable oil 6tbsp clear honey (blos­som or aca­cia) 1tsp vanilla ex­tract 300g (10½oz) rolled oats 100g (3½oz) flaked al­monds 4tbsp sun­flower seeds 4tbsp se­same seeds 6tbsp dried sour cher­ries (from health food shops) 4tbsp co­conut flakes Pre­heat oven to 150°C/gas 2. In a bowl, mix the oil, honey and vanilla. Tip in the other in­gre­di­ents, ex­cept the dried cher­ries and co­conut flakes. Spread the mix­ture over non-stick bak­ing sheets and bake for 15 min­utes. Add the cher­ries and co­conut and bake for an­other 10 min­utes. Al­low to cool. Store in an air­tight con­tainer.
