Cook with HONEY CHERRY GRANOLA
2tbsp vegetable oil 6tbsp clear honey (blossom or acacia) 1tsp vanilla extract 300g (10½oz) rolled oats 100g (3½oz) flaked almonds 4tbsp sunflower seeds 4tbsp sesame seeds 6tbsp dried sour cherries (from health food shops) 4tbsp coconut flakes Preheat oven to 150°C/gas 2. In a bowl, mix the oil, honey and vanilla. Tip in the other ingredients, except the dried cherries and coconut flakes. Spread the mixture over non-stick baking sheets and bake for 15 minutes. Add the cherries and coconut and bake for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Store in an airtight container.
