ends a three-year absence from our screens with a heart-wrenching appearance as Parkinson’s sufferer Louise Waring (right) in an episode of medical drama Doctors. Once married to DJ Tony Blackburn, Tessa is best known for playing Vicky Nicholls, later Tripp (left), in the ITV sitcom Robin’s Nest between 1977 and 1981.
