MAKE CHER­RIES JU­BILEE

The Irish Mail on Sunday - TV Week - - BODY & SOUL -

Place 500g cher­ries (stoned if you have the time) into a small pan with 2tbsp caster sugar, 2tbsp brandy and a cin­na­mon stick. Cook over a low heat for 4-5 min­utes un­til ten­der. Serve with ice­cream or pan­cakes.
