MIX UP A HUM­MUS DIP

Drain a can of chick­peas and blend with 2 cloves crushed gar­lic, 2tbsp lemon juice, 1tsp ground cumin, 4tbsp wa­ter and 2tbsp olive oil un­til smooth. Dust with pa­prika and serve with veg­etable cru­dités. Serves 4-6.
