TRY SEASONAL ASPARAGUS
Cook 2 bunches of asparagus on a hot griddle for 3-4 mins till tender. Meanwhile, fry 1 clove garlic and 50g fresh breadcrumbs in 1tbsp olive oil until golden. Remove from heat. Add 2tbsp finely chopped parsley and the zest and juice of half a lemon. Season and sprinkle on top. Serves 4.
