Stil­ton, Roque­fort and Gor­gonzola all work well with fresh, sweet grapes. A more un­usual way to en­joy them to­gether is to peel and halve a pear, then mix blue e cheese with cream m cheese. Spread over the pear, then cover with halved grapes, cut side down.
