This new ap­pel­la­tion strays out­side our Beau­jo­lais fo­cus but is worth the wan­der. The ad­di­tion of 15% Pinot Noir gives a unique di­men­sion, but the Gamay re­mains ev­i­dent in the rasp­berry and flo­ral notes.
