SERVE CRISPY FRIED SEA BASS

Cut 2 sea bass fil­lets in 4. Mix 50g corn­flour with 1tsp sea salt and a pinch of chilli flakes. Dip the fish in the corn­flour mix­ture to coat, then fry in hot oil un­til crispy. Serve with lemon wedges and salad. Serves 2.
