Peel and grate a quar­ter cu­cum­ber. Sieve out mois­ture. Mix with 200ml Greek yo­ghurt, 3tbsp finely chopped mint and a clove of crushed gar­lic. Sea­son and serve with burg­ers or grilled chicken.
