PITTA CHIPS

Pre­heat the oven to 180° C/gas 4. Slice open a few pitta breads and place on a bak­ing tray. Halve, peel and rub a gar­lic clove all over the pitta, then sprin­kle with dried chilli and dried oregano.

Driz­zle with olive oil and bake for around 5 min­utes un­til golden. Break into shards, sprin­kle with salt and serve.
