Preheat the oven to 180° C/gas 4. Slice open a few pitta breads and place on a baking tray. Halve, peel and rub a garlic clove all over the pitta, then sprinkle with dried chilli and dried oregano.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for around 5 minutes until golden. Break into shards, sprinkle with salt and serve.
