AN­CHOVY POP­CORN

25g (1oz) un­salted but­ter or 2tbsp olive oil 5 an­chovy fil­lets, finely chopped 3 fresh rose­mary sprigs, leaves picked and finely chopped Make the pop­corn as be­fore, then heat the but­ter or oil in a pan. Add the an­chovies to the pan and squash with the back of f a wooden spoon un­til they dis­solve. Re­move from the heat, stir in the e rose­mary then pour over er the pop­corn and stir un­til til coated. Es­pe­cially de­li­cious with a strong mar­tini.
