One of Italy’s lesser­known grape va­ri­eties, Grillo pro­duces full­bod­ied wines, in this case with apri­cot­blos­som aro­mas and nutty, apri­cot-ker­nel notes on the palate. Its wel­come bite of acid­ity should cut through fleshy seafood and poul­try nicely.
