PRE­PARE KING PRAWNS WITH AL­MONDS

The Irish Mail on Sunday - TV Week - - BODY & SOUL -

Heat 1tbsp olive oil in a pan and add 400g shelled, raw king prawns. Fry for 2 min­utes then add 1 clove crushed gar­lic, 1 finely chopped red chilli and 150g toasted flaked al­monds. Cook un­til the prawns are pink and ten­der. Serves 2.
