EN­JOY A MANGO AND MINT SALAD

Toss 1 cubed mango with 1tbsp each fresh torn mint and co­rian­der leaves, half a finely diced red chilli, and 1 car­rot cut into rib­bons with a potato peeler. Toss with the juice of 1 lime and serve chilled. Serves 2.
