Gavi can be so ‘light and re­fresh­ing’ as to bor­der on ‘pale and un­in­ter­est­ing’, but this ver­sion is saved by some nice weight and well­bal­anced acid­ity, with a slightly nutty char­ac­ter and a lemon-rind fin­ish. Try with trout baked with sliced al­monds.
