TRY A PRAWN AND MANGO STARTER

The Irish Mail on Sunday - TV Week - - BODY & SOUL -

Peel half a cu­cum­ber into long thin strips and toss with 1 peeled, chopped mango and 75g peeled, cooked prawns. Driz­zle with 1tbsp sweet chilli sauce and the juice of half a lime. Scat­ter with a few co­rian­der leaves and serve for lunch or as a starter. Serves 1-2.
