MIX UP A BEER GRAVY

Fry 1 chopped onion in 2tbsp vegetable oil for 2-3 min­utes un­til brown, add 1tbsp mus­co­v­ado sugar and cook for 1 minute, add 1tbsp flour and cook till thick­ened, then grad­u­ally pour on 200ml brown ale stir­ring till thick. Add 500ml hot beef stock and 2tbsp Mar­mite.
