A punchy lit­tle grape, Picpoul can some­times be all cit­rus sass and lit­tle else, but that’s not the case here. Salty or­chard aro­mas lead to a medium-bod­ied palate, its crisp edges fleshed out with a nice ripeness and weight and a zesty, fish-friendly fin­ish.
