EMMERDALE

The Irish Mail on Sunday - TV Week - - SOAP WATCH -

I’m enjoying seeing Bill ill Ward resurrected, having ng recovered from the fatal al wound Tracy dealt him in Coronation Street some me time ago, and on Thursday ay he’s recovered his strength h enough to sock it to Ross. s. The question is: will Pete e own up about the pills?

And will Val own up p about her HIV scare? On n Wednesday, she owns up to Victoria, although from a dramatic point of view, my guess would be that she’s OK. Nevertheless, the message is still there – HIV and Aids haven’t gone away and everyone needs to be careful; and I think that’s a really important message for soap to be tackling.

On Tuesday, Cain tackles Charity head on by submerging her head in water to get her to admit to framing Rachel for the fire (above). Is it me, or am I yet again a tad turned on by Cain’s, er, manliness?
