The Irish Mail on Sunday - TV Week - - SEVEN DAYS -

It’s a week dominated by rocky romances – not that there are any other kind in Albert Square. Sharon goes shopping for wedding dresses, and who does she ask to go with her? Only Linda, the woman with the worst taste in Walford (and that’s up against some pretty stiff competition).

Sharon is still uncertain about marrying the man who had her bar trashed, nearly killing her in the process, but decides to forgive and forget. It’s unfortunate timing because that same day Phil spots Sharon with Marcus and cottons on to her plan to fleece him of his money. It’s enough to send Phil back into the arms of Shirley after she races to the Arches to try and calm him down. You might have trouble holding down your dinner when Phil and Shirl end up having a passionate session among the oily rags. But Shirley’s joy evaporates when Phil announces he still intends to marry Sharon.

Elsewhere, Linda and Mick reunite, but with Linda confessing to Sharon that Dean kissed her ( below), how long will their reconciliation last if the news gets back to Mick? A week in Walford wouldn’t be complete without The Carters throwing a ‘surprise’ su bash for som someone at The Vic and on Thursday it’s Sta Stan’s turn.

A And it turns out to be b a double cel celebration when Tin Tina announces Tos Tosh is pregnant. Tal Talking of new par parents, things are aren’t going well for Alfie and Kat aft after Kat learns the tru true extent of their fin financial woes.

That’s what ha happens when yo you only work ten da days a year be between you.

Despite her new husband Steve McDonald f fathering a daughter with T Tracy Barlow, Karen (above left, with Steve and Tracy) t tells him she wants to start t trying for a baby too – but s struggles to conceive. Remember these plots that had us hooked?
