Château Pail­has 2012

A Saint-Émil­ion grand cru (which, we must re­mem­ber, is not nearly the same thing as a grand cru from the Me­doc or HautMe­doc) but still a bar­gain at this price. Ex­cep­tion­ally for­ward for such a young wine and stuffed to the gun­nels with fruit. Easy to drink now but in two to five years it will almost cer­tainly be even bet­ter.
