After all th­ese years, Hughie (Joe Han­ley) has rocked up in Car­rigstown with new on-trend fa­cial hair and a mis­sion – cash­ing in on griev­ing Far­rah’s sym­pa­thy and se­cur­ing a loan for his Ber­muda es­capades. But he fails to im­press Far­rah when he turns to booze after his son Kevin re­jects his ef­forts to re­con­nect.

Love’s young dream Caoimhe and Damien de­cide to set out some re­la­tion­ship bound­aries. Damien wor­ries how Ama will re­act when she hears about the new cou­ple, and he also hits a ma­jor learn­ing curve when the is­sue of the spare key to his house crops up.

There’s angst for Pete when his ex-wife Jackie turns up in Car­rigstown unan­nounced with the in­ten­tion of get­ting back in con­tact with their sons, Neil and Doug. And as luck would have it, who does Jackie bump into in the salon? Yes, bride to be Dolores.

Jo and Michael (be­low) try to per­suade Ni­amh to reach a work­able agree­ment with Paul. Mean­while, Paul is de­ter­mined to re­cover some of the money owed to him by Jane when he learns that she has come into in­her­i­tance from her late hus­band Glen.
