I was happy to see this old favourite still as good as ever in the 2012 vin­tage. A re­fresh­ingly un­oaked Chardonnay, this is my ideal aper­i­tif and goes per­fectly with the olives or lit­tle slices of salami upon which I like to nib­ble while I cook of an evening. Bone dry with un­der­tones of hon­eyed fruit.
