Oh my! This is my kind of wine, a sin­gle vine­yard shock­ingly dry man­zanilla sherry with a tang of salt, olives and some­thing of crusty warm bread to it. It’s amaz­ing how such a light-coloured wine can carry so much com­plex­ity. Not for the faint­hearted, but if you love sherry then this is a wine to buy, pour and drink very slowly.
