If this one seems fa­mil­iar, it’s be­cause I men­tioned it way back in the sum­mer just after I’d come back from wan­der­ing through the vine­yards in Cabardès. This Viognier is spot-on in its bal­ance be­tween apri­coty fruit and acid­ity, of­fer­ing just enough ripeness and back-bone. A great apéri­tif.
