Brown Brothers Dry Muscat

The Irish Mail on Sunday - TV Week - - FOOD & DRINK -

I love the Muscat grape in all its forms, even the sticky, sweet ones from the Rhône. This one is dry and fresh and beautifully fragrant with the scent of roses and, yes, that exotic whiff you get from Muscat table grapes. Nicely crisp, it will tackle Thai salads with aplomb.
