A sin­gle es­tate Sau­vi­gnon Blanc from one of Sancerre’s bet­ter pro­duc­ers (although the Coteaux du Gi­en­nois is a Loire re­gion close to Pouilly-Fumé, on the other side of the river). Very fresh with oo­dles of green goose­berry and black­cur­rant leaf, net­tles and raw as­para­gus. Great with fresh goat’s cheese.
