The Irish Mail on Sunday - TV Week - - SOAP WATCH -

Hell-bent on protecting her son, Angela continues her fight to prove Conor’s innocence. Nikki’s search of the Reid house has thrown up no new evidence, and with no sign of Rachel’s secret phone, all signs still point to Conor as Brian’s murderer.

Sergeant Johno’s (played by Paul Hickey, right) plan to catch the pub thief has brought him closer to Patricia. He decides to drop by the Pier Pub and it would appear that it’s more than just a pint the good sergeant is looking for.

When a drunken customer starts getting out of hand and becomes unruly with Patricia, it’s Johno who suddenly swoops in to protect her. Emotions running high and shaken from the incident, the pair find themselves suddenly alone and driven into each other’s arms in a steamy embrace... Angela insists that Liam and Rachel must be behind the murder and have hidden the phone – now it’s up to her to find it. She makes an incredibly dangerous move that could risk everything her career. And with her child’s life at risk, Katie threatens to leave, prompting Vinnie to call time on the money lending.
