On Fe­bru­ary 24, Ire­land hosted Eng­land in the Six Na­tions Cham­pi­onship. It was a date that would go down in Ir­ish sport­ing his­tory be­cause of the venue – Croke Park, where 14 peo­ple were killed by Bri­tish mil­i­tary forces on the day that we now know as Bloody Sun­day, 1920.
