A sem­i­nal fig­ure in club­land since drop­ping the mighty Voodoo Ray back in the day, A Guy Called Ger­ald has a num­ber of gems to his name in the shape of his glo­ri­ously tex­tured Black Se­cret Tech­nol­ogy album and the rich, soul­ful elec­tronic blur of the To All Things What They Need set. Proto Acid – The Ber­lin Ses­sions is his cur­rent project, an album of blaz­ing sounds which comes on the back of a year-long se­ries of ex­per­i­men­tal private club ses­sions. grooves.
