The great David Kelly, who died ear­lier in the week at the age of 82, ad­mit­ted that, in com­par­i­son to many ac­tors, he en­joyed some­thing of a charmed life. Kelly may not have been rich, but tributes from the likes of Johnny Depp con­firmed that he gained a pretty re­spectable (and de­served) de­gree of fame.
