Front Line bill gets a real Sheen

Ac­tor Martin Sheen will take part in a char­ity con­cert in Dublin this week­end. Voices from the Front Line aims to “high­light the courage of hu­man rights de­fend­ers through words and mu­sic” and is be­ing or­gan­ised by Dublin-based NGO, Front Line De­fend­ers.

Sheen heads up a bill at Vicar Street on Sun­day that also in­cludes var­i­ous names from the world of film, TV and mu­sic.

Paul Brady, Cara O’Sul­li­van, Hazel O’Connor, An­drea Corr, Liam Ó Maon­laí, Kíla and oth­ers will pro­vide the mu­si­cal en­ter­tain­ment, while ac­tors Robert Shee­han and Amy Hu­ber­man will also par­tic­i­pate. front­linede­fend­ers.org
